USW: Tip the World Over on Its Side
7452 Marine Way, Irvine, CA 92618
Iggy’s house is some boarded-up old ruin from the 1920s that probably should have been condemned long ago. According to Kevin’s research, it was somehow overlooked when the Marine Corps purchased the land from James Irvine in 1942 to build Air Station El Toro, and has been sporadically occupied since that time. Its last occupant left in the 1980s, and it has somehow never been purchased by the Marine Corps or another entity; the property has been steadily losing the bank money since then. Iggy picked up the thing for only a few hundred dollars — the house was in such disrepair that the bank only figured they could sell it for the land.
When he disappeared, it appears he left everything he owned behind — some clothes, toiletries, and a stack of composition notebooks detailing his personal philosophy. He also left a note under his pillow that simply read, “I’M SORRY.” Leah suspects it was left for her.
